About us The Success Foundation was founded in 1990 by Peter Hunt, Chartered FCIPD. Peter started working in HR in 1972 and has always had responsibility for pay & benefits since then. He has experience of Manufacturing, retailing, financial services and leisure industries as well as 7 years consulting experience with the Wyatt Company. He has worked for a variety of clients and is currently also a visiting lecturer on Rewards at Barnfield College and course tutor for the CIPD "Rewarding for Performance" course. Fran, his wife, helps with administration. There are at present 3 associates available to assist with projects as necessary. |
